Order and delivery terms
All products that are in stock will be sent within three business days.
If not in stock, the delivery time is 3-8 weeks.
All prices include 24% VAT.
Finland – Matkahuolto
We’ll send the order to your local Matkahuolto. You’ll get a notification by text message when the package is ready to be collected.
Finland – Posti
We’ll send the order to your local Posti. You’ll get a notification by text message when the package is ready to be collected.
Finland – Home delivery
The package is delivered by Posti by 14pm on a weekday. If the recipient is not home, the package will be delivered to the closest post office.
Delivery to abroad
The delivery is shipped with a tracking code using either, DHL, Posti, Asendia or GLS depending on the location of the recipient.
Pay via Internet banking.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applicable. These change from country to country, so please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
We offer a 14 day return. The product needs to be in its original condition. If the product is broken or flawed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Broken or flawed items can be returned for free, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the delivery has not been collected from the post office in time and is delivered back to us, the customer is responsible for the added delivery cost.
We will charge all custom orders beforehand. The invoice is sent via email. Postage will be calculated due to size and weight. Custom orders can not be returned, unless the product is flawed.
If your order contains products that are currently out of stock the whole order will be delayed until these items have been completed. If you wish to receive items as soon as they are available shipping can be arranged at your own expense. Please contact us for more information.
